When we are closed

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. However, you can contact our out of hours service when our offices are closed by calling 0800 408 200 (freephone) or 01452 424344.

You can use this service to report:

  • an emergency repair (Option 1)
  • a major housing incident such as a fire or flood in your home (Option 1)
  • an issue about improvements to your home to Lovell (Option 2)
  • anti social behaviour (Option 3)
  • an emergency if you live in a sheltered housing scheme (Option 4).

You can also use the service to

  • make a rent payment (Option 5)
  • report any other matter to us (Option 6).

If your enquiry is not an emergency we will contact you on the next working day.

Please choose from the options available when you make your call.

You can also use our online services| or report issues to us via GCHTV|.  Please do not use these options if your enquiry is an emergency.

Gloucester City Homes office is conveniently located for our customers in Gloucester City centre, near to the bus and train stations.

Disabled parking is available at the rear of Railway House (accessible from Station Approach). For other visitors, parking is available in the NCP car park  on Bruton Way opposite Railway House. Please DO NOT park outside our reception on Bruton Way.

Our customer reception at Railway House has full disabled access, a freephone for customers to access our repairs service and other council services, and access to the Language Line translation service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MATSON ONE STOP PLUS HAS NOW CLOSED.
We are now running a surgery at The Gateway on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 12pm.
