Supported HousingGloucester City Homes provides or can arrange access to a range of services for our tenants and leaseholders.

These include:

Sheltered Housing|

These web pages give you information about our sheltered housing service and the sheltered housing schemes managed by Gloucester City Homes. These properties are usually offered to retired people and disabled people.

Sheltered Action Group|

The Sheltered Action Group covers all Gloucester City Council sheltered properties and Oxbode Housing sheltered  properties managed by Gloucester City Homes to promote the interests of all residents in sheltered housing, to assist in maintaining good relations between all members of the community and enhance sheltered housing so it is a safe, green and clean place for the residents living in sheltered housing.

Lifelink services|

These web pages give you information about our Lifelink alarm service which provides you with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week reassurance that should you require our help, we are only the push of a button away.

Aids & Adaptations|

These web pages give you information about the aids service provided by Gloucestershire County Council and the adaptations service provided by Gloucester City Homes.

Tenancy Support Services|

These web pages give you information about our support partners who can provide a range of support services to help you cope with your tenancy and stay in your home e.g. budgeting advice; counselling; help to fulfil your tenancy obligations; help for disabled people or people with sensory impairments etc.

Homeless Temporary Accommodation|

These web pages give you information on how we work in partnership with Gloucester City Council's Housing Options Team, providing accommodation to households who are homeless and helping to prevent homelessness. It gives also provides information on what to do if you are threatened with homelessness.
